Project Description: 200 sf Design-Assist retrofit of existing pharmacy space to ISO 8 Ante room and ISO 7 buffer room for USP 797 Compliance. Project scope included room remodel to Cleanroom standards, installation of new HVAC and HEPA filtration Equipment.

Role on Project: Bloom Builders acted in a design-assist role helping client establish and implement project requirements for USP 797 compliance. We provided detailed requirement listing for USP 797 and Cleanroom compliance tailored to their space; performed detailed cost estimating for all improvements including value engineering to hit budget; assisted client with owner furnished - owner installed items; installed new HVAC and HEPA filtration equipment; installed ISO Class 5 Laminar Flow Work Benches; and provided Cleanroom and equipment certification services.
