ADA compliance remodel of bathrooms at GMAC Financial Services in
Phoenix AZ. Phased construction minimized impact to GMAC employees.
Scope included new stalls and finishes in the bathrooms.
Phoenix Admin Center
Expansion
Design Assist and Construction of this new 4,600 expansion for GMAC
in Phoenix, AZ at their administration building. Scope included
retrofit of existing TI space to GMAC specifications including demolition,
new walls and ceilings, and new interior finishes. Design-Build
HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing systems, and ADA compliance upgrades
and remodel of two bathrooms. Very Aggressive 4 week schedule implemented
successfully.
